Multiple Accounts Prohibited

If a user operates multiple accounts, all accounts will be cancelled and the associated bonuses and winnings may be forfeited.

Deposit Terms

The following terms apply when depositing funds into babubaji:

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (per method).
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer.
• Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used.
• Depositing through a third party is strictly prohibited.

Withdrawal Terms

The following terms must be followed for withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Standard withdrawal processing time: within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
• Identity verification must be completed before making a withdrawal request.
• The withdrawal method must match the deposit method.

Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. A 25x wagering requirement applies before the bonus can be withdrawn. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,000.

General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own specific terms and conditions, which will be communicated at the time the offer is made.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — withdrawal is only possible after the specified wagering requirement has been met.
• Misuse of bonuses or attempting to claim bonuses through fraudulent means may result in the bonus being cancelled and the account being suspended.
• babubaji reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus program.
• Claiming bonuses on multiple accounts from the same IP address, device, or household is prohibited.

Cashback and VIP Rewards

VIP members will receive weekly cashback benefits. A weekly cashback of up to 0.2% applies at the Bronze tier, 0.3% at Silver, 0.5% at Gold, 0.6% at Platinum, and 0.8% at Diamond. VIP benefits are governed by separate policies and are subject to change at babubaji's discretion.

Gaming Rules

The following rules apply to playing games on the babubaji platform:

• Each game has its own rules, which can be found in the game's interface.
• If a game is interrupted mid-way due to a technical error, the affected bet will be cancelled and the bet amount will be refunded.
• If evidence of manipulation is found in any game's result, the related transaction will be cancelled.
• Any earnings made by exploiting a bug or error in a game provider's software will be considered void.
• In live casino games, the dealer's decision will be considered final.

Account Suspension and Closure

babubaji reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Suspicious or fraudulent activity.
• Suspicion of money laundering.
• Extended inactivity (generally 12 months or more).

Voluntary account closure by the user

You may voluntarily close your account at any time by notifying our support team. Please withdraw any available balance before closing your account. Any bonus balance will be cancelled upon account closure.
